You know they actually read the google maps suggestions for improving directions. They had one here in Montana that had you driving over a closed mountain pass in the winter to get to Glacier park, I sent them an update: Road closed in winter. They actually fixed it a few weeks later.

The original Garmin handheld/dashmount maps were true blue, see America in ways you never would otherwise, complete. Which was great, but most people considered taking unmaintained and unofficial roads too much when it strongly recommended their usage.

Oh, and they handily popped up a seasonal warning on roads that, you know, close seasonally.
